Broadband can only be provided on a standard BT telephone line.
Provision of 2MB is dependent upon line quality, if your line cannot
support 2MB then you will be provided with the fastest speed your line
can support. Provision of 8MB is dependent upon line quality and
your exchange being enabled for the Max service, if your line cannot
support 8MB then you will be provided with the fastest speed your
line can support. Activation time is subject to the line being suitable for broadband,
a line test will be performed at the time an order is placed and a
provisional activation date given. Cancellation of an ADSL account
requires 30 days notice.

*** Customers who are supplied with a free Router and cancel or
